Administering Office 365 Courseware (55354AC)
Office 365 is a component of Microsoft 365, which can be licensed separately or as part of a Microsoft 365 subscription. Microsoft 365 includes additional security, compliance features, and Windows licenses on top of Office 365. This five-day course, while focusing on the features in the Office 365 component, is also applicable to organizations deploying and administering Microsoft 365.
The course covers how to set up, configure, and manage an Office 365 tenant, including identities and the core services of Microsoft 365. It teaches planning the configuration of an Office 365 tenant, including integration with existing user identities, planning, configuring, and managing core services, and reporting on key metrics.
While the course and its associated labs are written for Office 365 with Windows 11, the skills taught are also applicable to Windows 10. The course is based on the features available in the Office 365 E3 license, as these are the core features in Office 365 and Microsoft 365 plans.
The course is designed for IT professionals responsible for planning, configuring, and managing an Office 365 environment. Attendees are expected to have a broad understanding of several on-premises technologies such as Domain Name System (DNS) and Active Directory Domain Services (AD DS), and a general understanding of Microsoft Exchange Server, Microsoft Teams, and Microsoft SharePoint.
This course is not available through Courseware Store.
