Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement for Developers Courseware (55259AC)
This three-day course is aimed at experienced IT professionals and developers who want to understand more about development techniques and approaches applicable to Microsoft Dynamics 365 and the Power Platform. The curriculum includes learning how to enhance the features of Model-driven Apps and Canvas Apps using code. It covers integration with the Common Data Service using the Web API and Organization Service, and building custom controls with the Power Apps Component Framework (PCF).
The course also covers the implementation of custom business logic through Plug-Ins and Custom Workflow Activities, as well as writing client-side code that interacts with the Client API Object Model. You'll learn to implement Custom Connectors, and get acquainted with the Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) frameworks that support and maintain Power Platform implementations. These include the Microsoft Power Platform Build Tools for Azure DevOps and the Power Apps Center of Excellence (CoE).
The course is designed for technical students, administrators, and developers who already have a working knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE, Power Apps, and Microsoft Visual Studio.
