How do I create a Microsoft Learn URL to send to students taking a MOC class with my company?

  1. Visit and log into the Microsoft Partner site.
  2. On the Learning Resources page, click on the most-recent Courseware Title Plan to download the spreadsheet:

  3. Open the spreadsheet in Excel.
  4. Paste your Microsoft Partner Program ID into cell B7 as indicated:

  5. The spreadsheet will calculate the correct Microsoft Learn URL for your company to send to learners for each MOC course. These URLs are listed in column B, "Learner Ready URL".
  6. If your company has multiple locations, you can enter each location's ID in row 7. The corresponding URL to give to learners will be listed below each location's ID.
